The menu offers regional Italian classics done with contemporary flair. Innovative starters include octopus salad with potato, olives and chives, and mussels and clams in a rich spicy tomato broth. The mains include pizzas and pastas such as linguine with spicy Calabria pork sauce and bell pepper and meats such as wagyu beef ribs braised with black garlic with smoked potato purée. The extensive wine list includes more than 600 labels.
