With the décor reminiscent of a 1970s kung fu academy, diners enjoy a modern take on familiar dim sum, noodles and Chinese dishes.

This is the perfect dining experience, surrounded by artisanal craftsmanship, such as the 12 handmade lion heads, and watching noodle pulling from the open kitchen. We recommend lobster tail soup noodles, 12-hour sous-vide US bone-in short ribs or 24-hour sous-vide beef cheek in noodle soup. The Peking duck is also good. The local-themed cocktails include Chang-ers Collins, a rose and jasmine infused gin, and Eriang-shen’s martini with goji berry infused gin and some infused with traditional Chinese herbs.

Signature dishes

Lobster tail in soup noodles

Crispy lobster puffs

Wood-oven whole Peking duck (with 8 second-course options)
