Get a taste of Hollywood glamour at chef Bartolini’s Spiga Italian restaurant
The restaurant which offers Italian favourites with a modern twist
Spiga is chef Enrico Bartolini’s first restaurant outside of Italy. Bartolini has four Michelin stars across his restaurants in Italy.
The interior, designed by local designer Joyce Wang, is glamorous and reminiscent of 1950s Hollywood.
The menu features Italian favourites with a contemporary twist. The tasting menu is a good way to sample the best of Bartolini’s creations. If dining à la carte, we recommend ordering the Sicilian red prawn. Dinner should end with the crème brulee or the chocolate foam with hazelnut ice cream. For pre-dinner drinks, the restaurant’s adjoining terrace, Portico, has a good selection of cocktails and wine.
Signature dishes
Sicilian red prawn, half fried with tamarind sauce, and chick pea soup
Parmesan risotto, seared cuttlefish and pesto sauce
Grilled black Angus tenderloin with potatoes millefuille, crudaiola sauce
