Ivy in Hong Kong offers reminders of the French Riviera

Restaurant offers sweeping views of the harbour through floor-to-ceiling windows, in shades of blue and green with white marble table tops and soft cushiony chairs

The ambience evokes the French Riviera, bright and airy, done in shades of blue and green with white marble table tops and soft cushiony chairs, and sweeping views of the harbour through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The menu follows suit with ingredients and dishes found in French coastal towns, especially the south.

Starters of crab and lobster salad, baby gen lettuce and blue cheese salad and warm prawns in olive oil are good, followed by mains of wild mushroom risotto, braised beef cheek
with truffle sauce or whole red snapper
en papillote. Mainly French wines are available on the extensive wine list.

For dessert, try the soufflé for two.
