The window seats here are highly prized for their views of the city from the 56th floor of the Island Shangri-La. The décor retains an old-school touch with drapery framing the floor-to-ceiling windows, and crystal chandeliers and marble columns.

Chef de cuisine Ricardo Chaneton marries Asian elements with a modern take on French classics, and presents the dishes exquisitely. The menu includes a selection of the best caviar and oysters, seafood and meats such as blue Brittany lobster and A4 Miyazaki wagyu beef and baked lamb rack. Save room for the cheese board and desserts. The wine cellar, with more than 20,000 bottles, has a strong focus on Bordeaux.
