The interior is a replica of its original venue on Nathan Road, featuring leather seats and white tablecloths, dark wooden beams, wrought iron chandeliers and antique swords mounted on walls.
Hugo’s is known for its tableside service for Caesar salad, lobster bisque, steak tartare, cherries jubilee and crêpes suzette. Roasted Australian black Angus rib of beef is presented on a Christofle silver carving wagon.
