The Verandah at The Repulse Bay invites diners to step back into colonial Hong Kong in the refurbished building that was formerly a hotel. Some distinct interior elements include the dark wood window frames, ceiling fans and cornices.

The restaurant offers continental cuisine using the freshest ingredients and many dishes presented tableside, such as flambéed French baby chicken and Angus beef tenderloin. Other signature dishes on the menu are mixed seafood grill with lobster medallion, salmon, mussels, king prawns and scallops, and steak tartare; and for dessert, Grand Marnier soufflé and baked Alaska are traditional favourites.

There is a bar and a selection of wines.
