The view of Victoria Harbour is the focal point at Angelini, with the interior elegantly understated in wine and earth tones, and with white tablecloths. This stylish eatery serves authentic and seasonal Italian cuisine from chef Alessandro Angelini.

Menu highlights include home-made pasta dishes – especially the ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta, lettuce and cauliflower cream – and meat dishes such as the M9 wagyu sirloin with Parmesan and bone marrow. Leave room for desserts such as the panna cotta with meringue crumble, chocolate leaves and dehydrated raspberries or a selection of prime cheeses. Ask the sommelier to guide you through the extensive wine list.

Signature dishes

Raw Sicilian red prawns, avocado, green apple and yoghurt

Dover sole in “savor” style and asparagus

Black and white tagliolini with scallops and king prawns
