The original Don Alfonso restaurant is considered one of the best in southern Italy. A family-run concern, chef Alfonso Iaccarino brings the original taste of Don Alfonso to Macau andquality products are flown in from the Iaccarino farm.
This Macau outlet has an elaborate décor of a red and gold colour scheme accented with red and white candelabras while there are murals depicting Naples.
For dinner, there is a choice of à la carte or a degustation menu. Must-haves are the spaghetti Don Alfonso, using a San Maranzo tomato and basil sauce that is simple and fresh. The restaurant’s wine list is on an iPad, featuring more than 16,000 labels from around the world.
