Macau’s Jade Dragon assures diners privacy in an elegant setting
Restaurant’s menu features barbecue specialties such as goose and Iberico pork
This signature Chinese restaurant at City of Dreams has a private elevator from Crown Tower Macau that goes to its private dining rooms. The décor is understated with curved walls flowing into each section of the restaurant and open kitchens revealed through interior windows near the main entrance.
The menu features lychee wood barbecue specialities such as goose and Iberico pork, abalone, fresh seafood, meat and poultry dishes. Dim sum is also good, especially the steamed Japanese hairy crab dumpling, and double-boiled soup of fish maw and sea conch. For something sweet, try the Chinese almond crème brûlée with bird’s nest and honey.
