According to the agent in charge of the sale, Josephine Cheung, the property has great views of the nearby mountain range and blue waters across Clearwater Bay.

According to the sales brochure, the three-storey waterfront house has picturesque vistas and offers calm and peaceful views of Tai Tam Bay. The house is designed in a Mediterranean style in light neutral tones. On the ground floor, there is a family room, a sitting and reading room, study, en suite bedroom, and a powder room.
