Above it all: luxury flat with rooftop garden enters the market in gentrified part of Tsuen Wan
Top-floor home for sale in the New Territories town is situated in a desirable and convenient residential area, while a large home in Stanley has become available for rent
Not long ago, Tsuen Wan was considered a far off suburb, and not many people ventured there to buy a property. But, over the past five to seven years, the gentrification of the area has transformed it into a desirable location.
Midland Realty has a top-floor apartment for sale in a luxury development, The Cliveden. The three-bedroom apartment has a gross floor area of 988 sq ft and net usable area of 719 sq ft, and the landlord is asking HK$9.38 million for it.
The agency says that the flat has the lowest asking price compared to similar apartments in the area.
Cyrus Tsang, Midland’s agent handling the sale, says that the flat on top of Block 10 has a rooftop with a garden, and comes with a parking space. The apartment is quiet and kept in good condition.
The Cliveden is a luxury property in Tsuen Wan, and provides a shuttle bus service to Tsuen Wan MTR station. It is situated near shopping arcades, restaurants and markets. Apart from offering a comfortable living environment, the home is convenient for all daily necessities, Tsang says.
A second property available on the market is in Stanley. The Regalia Bay is a townhouse with three en suites and a saleable area of 3,034 sq ft. The agent, JLL, says the landlord is asking a rent of HK$160,000 per month, all inclusive.
The townhouse has a roof terrace with great views, a garden and a backyard.
