The next step of Jeremy Lin’s attempted return to the NBA will come next month in Florida after the G League confirmed plans for the new season on Friday.
The G League will follow in the footsteps of the NBA by playing a truncated season at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida.
This is the same venue where the NBA finished its 2019-20 season after it was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. The season, which ended with the Los Angeles Lakers as champions, was played behind closed doors and following strict protocols.

The G League will follow similar protocols when they descend on the bubble next month.
Just 17 of the G League’s 28 NBA affiliate teams will travel to Florida but Lin’s Santa Cruz Warriors, who he signed for on Friday, will be there.
