East Asia Super League agrees multi-year deal with Under Armour for players and teams
CEO believes partnership ‘is an incredibly important step in EASL’s growth’; it also extends into EASL Future Champions

The East Asia Super League (EASL) announced a multi-year clothing and footwear deal with Under Armour for players and teams on Friday.
The 12-team basketball league features Hong Kong Eastern, who are playing in the EASL for the second year of a two-year deal this season.
Eastern won half of their six group matches last season to finish third and missed out on the semi-finals in Macau.
The league’s partnership with Under Armour also extends into EASL Future Champions, the league’s youth development programme across Asia.
“Partnering with a globally recognised brand like Under Armour is an incredibly important step in EASL’s growth,” Henry Kerins, the league’s CEO, said.
“Their success and worldwide reputation strengthen our ability to elevate Asian basketball, and in return we will use our international platform to champion their brand throughout the region. Together, we are pushing each other forward and raising the standard for the sport.”
