Jeremy Lin’s life in China: Beijing Ducks star shares video ahead of CBA return

Jeremy Lin has given fans an insight into his routine at the Beijing Ducks in a “Day in the Life” video shared on Instagram.

The NBA champion posted the video over the Easter weekend, although it is unclear when it was filmed as it shows a Christmas tree in his Beijing apartment.

That apartment is where Lin starts the day, showing fans his shoe collection before making the 45-minute commute to the Ducks’ practice gym.

There Lin and his teammates run drills over two practice sessions with gym work in between.

The 31-year-old then eats with his teammates – Lin taking “double portions” – before recovery massages and acupuncture. Lin ends the day reading in bed in the team hotel.
