- Victory keeps them third in the standings and on course for play-off bye with four regular season games left to play
- NBA champion has been linked with a return to the US, with former team the Brooklyn Nets mentioned

In-form Jeremy Lin scored 29 points as he helped the Beijing Ducks beat Shaanxi Loongs by 20 points in the Chinese Basketball Association in Qingdao.
The 111-91 win kept the Beijing side in third on the CBA standings, ahead of Stephon Marbury’s Beijing Royal Fighters on points scored. The capital sides both sit on 27-13 records after 40 games of the coronavirus-delayed season.
With the top four teams getting a bye to the second round of the playoffs, the Ducks are on a hot streak. This was their sixth straight win and Shaanxi’s third defeat on the spin.
Lin started with intent, hitting nine in the first quarter as the Ducks raced to a 22-8 lead and despite the scores being levelled in the second, the Beijing side never looked back – at one point opening a 23-point lead in the third.
Ducks teammates Ekpe Udoh supported Lin’s game-high 29 (with seven rebounds and six assists) with 21 of his own, while Fang Shou dropped 12 in the final quarter.
