NBA free agent Jeremy Lin has responded to fans asking him when he will announce whether he will have a team for the new season, as time runs out before it begins later this month.

“You’ll know when I know,” Lin wrote in a comment to an Instagram follower on Sunday, following the last update on his potential NBA return earlier in the week. “Big decisions coming,” the 32-year-old had told a fan about his future on December 1.

Lin left the Chinese Basketball Association’s Beijing Ducks after one season, telling fans that he was chasing a return to the NBA.

He has been sharing his training regime and journey during free agency, while there have also been videos emerging of him playing with members of the Golden State Warriors and Brooklyn Nets, two of his former NBA teams.

The committed Christian posted to share a verse from the Bible on Sunday, as the world waits on an announcement on his future.
