It’s the penultimate day of the 2022 Winter Olympics, and doesn’t time fly when you're having fun?

China’s Sui Wenjing and Han Cong put in a world-record performance last night in the short programme to finish ahead of ROC duo Evgenia Tarasova and Vladimir Morosov.

They then held off a strong challenge from the Russian contingent in the free skate to secure gold, putting in a world record with their overall score.

Elsewhere there were medal events in bobsleigh, biathlon, skiing, speedskating and curling.
