The business end of the AFC Asian Cup is upon us with the first set of final group stage fixtures.
Group A kicks us off with none of the qualifiers for the round of 16 decided as we enter the last match.
Hosts UAE sit top of the group with four points but India, who shocked Thailand in their opener, and Thailand have a win each.
Bahrain are bottom but have a point so their Asian Cup adventure is not yet over.


Both of the top two will go through but they could be joined by whoever finishes third in group A, with the best four third-placed teams also headed to the round of 16.
Bahrain face India in Sharjah while the UAE meet Thailand in Al Ain.
Probability may seem against Bahrain but the bookmakers see it differently.


They are $1.95 to beat India with the Blue Tigers at $4.4. A draw, which would see Bahrain out, is $3.4.
In the other game, a draw ($3.6) could see both teams into the next stage but it is the UAE who seen as favourites ($1.67) with Thailand unfancied at $7.1.
The games both kick-off at midnight and the action can be seen live on Now TV. Fox Sports (channel 670) will screen one and Fox Sports 2 (channel 671) has the other.
