Fifa Women’s World Cup: USWNT lead odds and rankings with 100 days to go until France 2019 kicks off

There are now just 100 days to go to the World Cup in France this summer. The tournament kicks off on June 7 when the hosts take on South Korea at the Parc des Princes in Paris, concluding with the final in Lyon’s Parc Olympique Lyonnais a month later.
Nine French cities – Grenoble, Le Havre, Lyon, Montpellier, Nice, Paris, Reims, Rennes and Valenciennes – will play host to the tournament’s 52 games.
More than a million tickets are available for the matches and individual tickets go on sale on March 7.
Many packages have already been sold, with the majority (57 per cent) going to those in France and a a quarter to US-based football fans.
Since the first Women’s World Cup was held as the Fifa Women’s World Championship in China in 1991, just four countries have won it.
Three-time champions and holders the USWNT, twice winners Germany, and both Norway and Japan winning once each. Sweden, Brazil and China are the only teams aside from those to reach the final.
