Even during the HKFC Citi Soccer Sevens thoughts of the biggest game of the season were never far away.
Emile Heskey and Michael Brown, who played 200 games between them for Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, were happy to take time out from playing for Playon Pros to talk about the upcoming Uefa Champions League final between their former clubs in Madrid.
Heskey, who played for Liverpool for four seasons after signing from hometown club Leicester City in 2000, thinks the Reds are favourites.

“I would say Liverpool. Obviously, being an ex-Red and supporting the club I will always go with them. It’s going to be a tough game for both teams.

“Going forward I think Liverpool have a lot more fluency and are very dynamic. So I’m looking at that, and defensively, obviously we keep bringing him up but player of the year [Virgil] Van Dijk. I think he’s just been outstanding.”
