Shanghai SIPG’s eight-game unbeaten run in the Chinese Super League came to an end at the hands of Hebei China Fortune in Suzhou on Saturday.
The game ended 2-0 with the opener coming in first half stoppage time.
Paulo Henrique volleyed the ball against the woodwork but Wang Qiuming slid home.

The 2018 champions tried to force an equaliser but the only other goal was to put the match beyond reach.
Marcos scored Hebei’s second in the 96th minute, tapping in from a Samir Memisevic through pass.
