Arsenal are still fighting for the Premier League title as the battle with Manchester City goes right into the final day.

Pep Guardiola’s side have to go to the Gunners’ north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and get something to avoid relinquishing the advantage.

Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Manchester United leaves them a point clear of City with a game remaining, but City still have two matches left to play.

So is there any hope for Gunners fans to fall on that City will not make it an unprecedented four titles in a row?

Most bookmakers have the reigning champions as heavy favourites with their destiny in their own hands. If they get full points from their remaining two fixtures, it’s a fifth title in six seasons regardless of what Arsenal do.

City are unbeaten since a December 6 defeat at Aston Villa that ended a run of four matches without a win, and have now been victorious in seven consecutive matches. The last time they failed to win was a 0-0 draw at home to Arsenal on March 31 – a result that left the Citizens third and three points behind then leaders Liverpool.
