Premier League fixtures: Liverpool kick off v Bournemouth, Man United v Arsenal

Liverpool will kick off their Premier League title defence with a home game against Bournemouth, while Arsenal travel to Manchester United in the opening weekend.
Arne Slot’s side have the chance to secure the first points of the new season at Anfield as they launch the 2025-26 campaign on Saturday, August 16 at 3am Hong Kong time.
Thomas Frank’s first match as Tottenham Hotspur boss will come at home against newly promoted Burnley, while Sunderland’s return to the top flight also begins at home against West Ham United.
The third newcomers, Leeds United will close out the weekend with a clash against Everton at Elland Road.
Other fixtures on the opening weekend see Aston Villa face Newcastle at Villa Park at 7pm on the Saturday, while Manchester City travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers later the same day.
Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United have been handed an immediate challenging test with a home game against Arsenal on Sunday, August 17.
