Fifa World Cup: Morocco beat Netherlands on penalties to book Canada last-16 date
Cody Gakpo scores second-half opener for Dutch before Issa Diop heads stoppage-time equaliser, Ismael Saibari strikes winning kick

Morocco have beaten the Netherlands in a bonkers penalty shoot-out following a 1-1 draw on a night of emotion, jeopardy and high drama at Estadio Monterrey to book a World Cup last-16 date with Canada.
Ismael Saibari rolled the winning kick into the bottom left corner to spark scenes of utter pandemonium among the Moroccan players, staff and fans.
For the Dutch, Justin Kluivert struck a post, Quinten Timber dragged an awful penalty wide and Crysencio Summerville was denied by Yassine Bounou.
Teun Koopmeiners and Wout Weghorst both converted.
Neil El Aynaoui smacked the bar with Morocco’s first kick, but Soufiane Rahimi and Chemsdine Talbi scored their next two. The otherwise outstanding Achraf Hakimi hit the woodwork, but Bounou’s stop from Summerville laid the platform for Saibari to become the hero.
Cody Gakpo had given the Dutch a 72nd-minute lead when he punched home a first-time strike after beating goalkeeper Bounou to an excellent low pass from Summerville.
