Denmark’s Thorbjorn Olesen and Soren Kjeldsen eye first World Cup, but USA duo Rickie Fowler and Jimmy Walker lead chase
The format switches back to the more scoring-friendly four ball play on Sunday to decide the winner at Melbourne’s Kingston Heath

Thorbjorn Olesen and Soren Kjeldsen each have one hand on Denmark’s first World Cup of Golf trophy, but to create history they must see off an American side which has won more than any other.
Denmark’s dynamic duo will start the final round at Kingston Heath in Melbourne with a four-shot lead after Olesen and the more experienced Kjeldsen continued their rise with a two-under-par 70 in foursomes on Saturday.
To seal the most significant victory in Danish golfing history, the pair now at 14-under must outplay much higher-ranked opponents in the last group in Rickie Fowler and Jimmy Walker of the United States.
