Hong Kong Olympian Tiffany Chan Tsz-ching fired a bogey-free four-under-par 68 in the second round of the Symetra Tour’s US$100,000 Tullymore Classic to maintain her perfect record of making the cut in all four of her professional events.
Chan’s second consecutive 68 at Tullymore Golf Resort in Canadian Lakes lifted the 23-year-old into a tie for eighth at eight-under-par overall ahead of the final round of the event on the second-tier circuit.
Starting on the back nine, Chan reached the turn in one-under with a solitary birdie before making the ideal start to her trip home with a second gain in 10 holes.
Chan added a key run of back-to-back birdies in the middle of her second circuit to guarantee another prize cheque as the University of Southern California graduate pursues her dream of securing a card on the top-tier LPGA Tour next season.
