Let the Games begin.

The Tokyo Paralympics get under way tomorrow with the first events of the festival of sport and Hong Kong will be involved from the off.

With 24 athletes across just eight sports, it is a pretty tight schedule if you want to catch the Hong Kong medal hopes going for gold.

That is why we have the highlights of day one of Tokyo 2020 earmarked for you – as we will every day that Hong Kong has an athlete competing.

First up, there is swimming from the Tokyo Aquatics Centre and table tennis from the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.

There are five Hong Kong athletes in action and three of them could even be in medal contention on day one.
