ONE Championship: Sitthichai and Chingiz Allazov set up kick-boxing grand prix final with wins at Only The Brave
- Sitthichai and Allazov defeat Davit Kiria and Jo Nattawut respectively on Friday in Singapore
- The two will now meet at ONE X, the promotion’s 10th anniversary celebration, on March 26

Sitthichai and Chingiz Allazov are the last men standing in ONE Championship’s star-studded featherweight kick-boxing grand prix.
The two world-class kick-boxers claimed their spots in the tournament final at Friday’s ONE: Only the Brave event inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Allazov was up first, taking to the ONE Circle in the card’s co-main event, defeating Thailand’s Jo Nattawut by first-round knockout. Sitthichai was in action next, in the evening’s headlining attraction, out-duelling Georgia’s Davit Kiria to a unanimous decision triumph.
The pair will now meet in the tournament final on March 26 at ONE X, the promotion’s 10th anniversary celebration.
Allazov was originally slated to battle Armenia’s Marat Grigorian at Friday’s ONE: Only the Brave card. When Grigorian was ruled out of the match-up because of Covid-19 health and safety protocols, Allazov was forced to shift his attention to Nattawut on short notice.
He admits the last-minute opponent change was a significant cause for concern – even if it did not seem to trouble him in the ONE Circle.
“I prepared for three months for Marat Grigorian,” he told the Post on the ONE: Only The Brave post-fight media conference call. “All my sparring partners, same style [as] Marat Grigorian. Six days before the event, the opponent changed.
