Fabricio Andrade has laughed off Jonathan Haggerty’s claim that the reason behind the delay for their ONE Championship super fight is on the Brazilian’s end.
The British “General” had suggested “maybe [Andrade] realised he needed more time” after their battle for the vacant bantamweight kickboxing title was pushed back from October’s ONE Fight Night 15 card in Bangkok.

It will now main event ONE Fight Night 16 on November 4, the Post understands, at a location that has yet to be made public by the Singapore-based martial arts promotion.
Bantamweight Muay Thai champion Haggerty, 27, was already in Koh Samui preparing for the bout when he was told the fight had been delayed, but Phuket-based Andrade is adamant he is not the issue.
“You are a joke … I can come to Samui this weekend and kick your a**,” the 26-year-old “Wonder Boy” said on Instagram, tagging his opponent’s official handle.
