Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jackie Chan share a photo together, causes stir on Instagram
- The Terminator star bumped into the Hong Kong martial arts legend and the pair complimented each other on their Instagram accounts
- Schwarzenegger is busy promoting the latest instalment of the Terminator franchise while Chan picked up yet another award, this time in Los Angeles
They are two of the most iconic action movie heroes over the past four decades so it was perfectly understandable that Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn’t resist sharing a snap with martial arts legend Jackie Chan on his Instagram account.
Both Chan and Schwarzenegger have been in the news lately with the Hong Kong superstar receiving more awards and accolades in recognition of his 40-plus years of movie making, while the 72-year-old “Austrian Oak” and former California governor has been busy promoting the latest Terminator movie, which is set to hit Hong Kong screens on October 31.
“It was fantastic to run into my old friend and a hero of mine @jackiechan when I got back from the #termminatordarkfate world tour. A legend and an inspiration,” wrote Schwarzenegger on Saturday night after posting the photo with the Rush Hour star on Instagram.
Chan returned the favour by posting the same photo in his Instagram account and wrote: “So happy to run into my good old friend and legend @Schwarzenegger.”
Naturally, Arnold’s photo with the 65-year-old Chan raised a few eyebrows with Instagram users quick to point out that they were seeing two legends in one photo.
