Not content with only trolling Jon Jones, Israel Adesanya fired back at former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley in their growing war of words.

Woodley caught middleweight champion Adesanya’s attention after saying this week he would clear out the 170lbs division before moving up and challenging “The Last Stylebender” (19-0).

“I’ve seen some exposure in the Yoel Romero fight, he’s scared of guys with power,” Woodley said during an Instagram Live session. “One thing that Yoel and I have in common – not the same – is power, explosiveness. It didn’t seem like he was trying to deal with that at all.”

That prompted a back and forth on Twitter, with Adesanya firing the latest salvo.

“The only thing you ever beating me at is a rap battle (maybe) lol,” he tweeted at Woodley. “I see your ambition, you doing what I’m doing with my plans and moving up … I’m flattered. Just remember that you will have to see me and you’ve only seen Mr Nice Izzy.
