After Amanda Nunes bludgeoned Felicia Spencer for five rounds in the UFC 250 main event, the two fighters shared a touching moment.

Having been presented with the new UFC “Legacy” championship belt design after finally defending her featherweight title, a year and a half on from that colossal win over Cris Cyborg, Nunes draped it around Spencer’s shoulder.

“The Feenom” seemed slightly taken aback by the gesture, after a torrid 25 minutes being pummelled by the greatest of all time on Saturday night at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

“I’ve lost before, I know how she's feeling. I gave it to her because … to let her feel the best, at least she can have a touch and see,” Nunes explained at the post-event press conference. “I just wanna be nice to her, she gave me a present for [my daughter] at the weigh-ins, and I think she's a tough girl.”

“I want to do that, to go five rounds with the most tough girl,” she added. “I know Felicia is the toughest girl in this division and knew she was going to handle what she did tonight.
