A video has emerged which appears to show UFC fighter Mike “Platinum” Perry having an altercation with restaurant staff and punching one of the employees in the face in an eatery in Lubbock, Texas.

The video, which was first published by TMZ Sports, shows Perry accompanied by his girlfriend Latory Gonzalez, leaving the restaurant Table 82 on Tuesday night. Perry can be heard shouting at a person who he has had an apparent argument with, complaining that he “touched me”.

After reaching the exit of the restaurant, bystanders attempt to calm Perry down but he continues the argument with a number of people, including an elderly man wearing glasses.

“I’ll knock your old ass out, too,” Perry says. The man responds, “You do it, [expletive]” and moves towards him. “Yeah, let’s go you fat piece of [expletive],” Perry shouts back, before appearing to knock him to the ground with a punch.

He is seen telling someone to call the police and to “back up”, directing a racial slur at him three times. “He shouldn’t have touched me,” Perry shouts as someone tries to calm him down, before adding: “you ain’t on my side, [expletive].”
