Thailand’s Superbon Singha Mawynn arguably had more to lose than anyone on Saturday night’s ONE X extravaganza in Singapore.

The ONE Championship featherweight kick-boxing king featured in the opening bout of the pay-per-view portion of the Asian martial arts promotion’s 10th anniversary spectacular, against an opponent who knocked him out in a matter of seconds in their first meeting 4 years ago.

The 31-year-old also had to contend with doubters claiming his stunning first-round KO of the “GOAT” (greatest of all time) Giorgio Petrosyan to claim the title last October was a fluke.

But Superbon shut the haters down with a masterful display at Singapore Indoor Stadium, earning a unanimous decision over Marat Grigorian as cementing his status as the best in the world.

“Yeah, today I done my job,” he told Post backstage in a post-fight interview. “I can talk to anyone in the world – I am the No 1 featherweight kickboxer in the world.
