UFC flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko believes that ONE Championship is the “greatest organisation in Asia” – and cannot wait to see their weekly Lumpinee events kicks off in January.
The 34-year-old “Bullet” (23-3) is considered one of the greatest female Muay Thai fighters in the world, having won multiple gold medals and world championships during a glittering career before she moved into MMA.
So it stands to good reason that she is excited to see ONE launch a new weekly series of events at the famed Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok – the iconic home of Muay Thai in Thailand.
“I’m very happy to hear about the partnership between ONE and Lumpinee Stadium. I think it’s a great move for the whole Muay Thai world,” Shevchenko said.

“ONE is the greatest organisation in Asia. I really enjoy watching their fights and following them on Instagram. Their concept of showing fighters in competition, in training, and in real life is very interesting. It attracts more and more fans from all over the world.”
