ONE Championship reveals line-up for Lumpinee debut, with Muay Thai title fight in main event

ONE Championship has revealed the complete line-up for its first event in the famed Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Headlining honours for the January 20 event will go to a Muay Thai title fight, as dominant champion Nong-O Gaiyanghadao of Thailand attempts to defend his belt against Russia’s Alaverdi Ramazanov, the former kickboxing champ at bantamweight.

In the co-main event, former strawweight champion Prajanchai PK. Saenchai will take on a fellow Thai in Kompetch Sitsarawatsuer, who will be making his ONE debut.

The remainder of the 12-fight card will be composed mostly of Muay Thai bouts, including appearances from bantamweight contender Muangthai PK. Saenchai and highly regarded newcomer Seksan Or Kwanmuang. However, there are two MMA fights on the bill.

  • Catchweight Muay Thai (112lbs): Sagaengarm Jitmuangnon vs Suayai Chor. Haapayak

  • Catchweight Muay Thai (140lbs): Seksan Seksan Or Kwanmuang vs Tyson Harrison

  • Lightweight MMA: Richard Godoy vs Alexy Lyapunov

  • Bantamweight Muay Thai: Muangthai PK. Saenchai vs Mavlud Tupiev

  • Lightweight Muay Thai: Josh Hill vs Keivan Soleimani

  • Flyweight MMA: Akihiro Fujisawa vs Colton Kielbasa

  • Flyweight Muay Thai: Angelos Giakoumis vs Mohammed Sadeghi

Nong-O, 36, is ONE’s inaugural bantamweight Muay Thai champion, and has defended his belt six times since he won it with a decision defeat of China’s Han Zihao in 2019.
