Angela “Unstoppable” Lee said she knows exactly how things are going to go down when she faces Xiong “Panda” Jingnan for the Chinese fighter’s One Championship’s world strawweight title on Sunday.

“We’re going to meet in the middle of that cage, we’re going to clash and I’m going to take her down and finish her on the ground,” Lee said at the “One: A New Era” press conference inside the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Tokyo.

The title clash is part of a blockbuster 16-fight card set down for Tokyo’s famed Ryogoku Kokugikan – the traditional home of sumo wrestling – as the Singapore-based One Championship makes its debut in Japan, and continues to shake up the world of combat sports.

There are One debuts for former UFC world champions Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson and Eddie “The Underground King” Alvarez, as well as four title fights on offer across the card but the Lee-Xiong clash looks set to steal the show, given what’s at stake, and given the all-action style of fighting they both bring to the cage.

“I know what she’s going to do,” said the Hawaii-based Lee who takes a record of 9-0 into the bout. “She likes to bully opponents. But I don’t see that happening at all.”
