Olympic champions China are out of the women’s volleyball at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games after fellow group teams Turkey beat Argentina 3-0.
The result means that world No 2 China can no longer qualify as one of the four best teams in the six-team group, even if they beat Italy and Argentina.
Italy, who China meet on Saturday night in Tokyo’s Ariake Arena, have won all three of their group matches, while Argentina have now lost all four.
