CrossFit Games 2018 Sunday schedule of events: Two-Stroke Pull for individuals, Running Bob for teams

Organisers have released more details about what the individual and team athletes can expect on the final day of the 2018 CrossFit Games.

There will be two more individual events in the men’s and women’s competition before the “Fittest on Earth” are crowned.

Defending champions Mathew Fraser and Tia-Clair Toomey are looking good to retain their crowns at the Alliant Energy Centre in Madison, Wisconsin with healthy leads going into Sunday.

The athletes now know that first up for Individual Event 12 will be the Two-Stroke Pull. Athletes must complete five rounds for time of a 300-metre run, 20 calories (15 for women) on an Assault Bike and then a 44-foot (13.4m) sled pull.

The time cap is 18 minutes, and athletes finish when they pull the sled across the line for the fifth time.
