The CrossFit Open 20.3 workout has been announced, the third of five.

The Open is an online competition. Athletes upload their scores, with a video if they want them verified, of a weekly workout. The winner at the end of the five weeks earns a spot at the CrossFit Games.

Last year, for the first time, the top Open score from each country also earned a spot at the Games. CrossFit is a fitness-based competition. Athletes have to be prepared for anything, from burpees to heavy weight lifts.
