Recap by phillip woo

Jimson The Best was nicely rated in fourth along the rails behind the leader Deposer, drove through along the fence to head off Classic Jewellery at the 150m and edged clear in the last 50m. Favourite Classic Jewellery settled third and one off the fence, worked to the lead four deep at the 250m and came up one-paced over the final 100m to just hold second in his first outing at a mile. Danzulu settled midfield and two deep, rallied five wide upon straightening and kept grinding away. Super Bobo made his run second from the rear, rounded the final bend with one wider out and was finishing up well to just finish outside the placings. Percy Jackson made his run third from the rear and along the paint, cornered in four deep, steadied while checking off heels at the 300m and was running on nicely over the final 150m in a much-improved performance. Blessing got going late when the race was all over. Elegance Klammer loomed a place chance at the 200m before peaking 100m out carrying a refrigerator weight. He'll need more ratings relief. Winning Apex only held his ground over the final 150m. Deposer was given an uncontested lead but was gone at the 300m.

Racing Incident Report

Race Six: (466) - MACAU-TAIPA BRIDGE HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1600 Meters DEPOSER was difficult to load.

Before being allowed to race again, DEPOSER will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test.

WINNING APEX was slow to begin.

Passing the 1200 Metres, WINNING APEX got its head up and lost ground when momentarily crowded for room inside DANZULU which got its head on the side and shifted in marginally.

As the Stewards were of the view that there was no rider error involved in this incident, no further action was taken.

After this, WINNING APEX proved difficult to settle.

Making the turn after the 900 Metres, PERCY JACKSON shifted out and was awkwardly placed close to the heels of ELEGANCE KLAMMER.

In the middle stages and again rounding the Home Turn, DEPOSER got its head on the side and lay out.

Near the 350 Metres, PERCY JACKSON was shifted to the outside of SHIFACHI TRADITION when disappointed for running between that horse and DANZULU.

Near the 100 Metres, SUPER BOBO and BLESSING bumped.

Close to the finishing line, ELEGANCE KLAMMER was crowded for room between PERCY JACKSON and DANZULU which shifted out and away from CLASSIC JEWELLERY.

Throughout the race, SHIFACHI TRADITION travelled wide and without cover.

A veterinary inspection of WINNING APEX after the race did not show any significant findings.

JIMSON THE BEST and CLASSIC JEWELLERY were sent for sampling.
