Recap by phillip woo

Early favourite All Bountiful settled behind midfield and three deep with cover, swung the final bend with three wider out and quickened nicely to take control 50m out for the win. Let's Goal settled midfield and on the rails, straightened four deep and ran on steadily to edge out Superking Dragon in a blanket finish for the minors. Superking Dragon made his run in fourth along the fence and kept on gamely to just edge out Perfect Moment for third. Perfect Moment was posted no better than four deep without cover from a wide gate around midfield, pushed forward to sit outside the leader Buddy Watson at the 1,000m, assumed the front one off the fence at the 350m, opened up two lengths at the 200m and gave way late. Super Horse got going late to finish just outside the placings with the step up in distance. Super Strike was short of room 100m out while making a steady late bid. Activism was tight for room while trying to gain a run with two wider out at the 400m. Full Value was dropping out at the 250m after a hard run. Hollywood Kiss was badly hampered between runners at the 350m.
