The 2023 Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens is upon us, as 16 men’s and 12 women’s teams do battle at Hong Kong Stadium.
We will take you through everything you need to know.
When does the Sevens start?
The gates in So Kon Po will open at 8am on Friday.

Mini rugby starts the proceedings from 8.20am to 9.55am, followed by junior matches until noon.
Then the women’s France versus Japan clash gets the Sevens proper under way at 12.16pm. The day ends at 9pm.
