Natasha Olson-Thorne became the first ever Hong Kong player to score a try at the Women’s Rugby World Cup as her side put up their best performance yet in Dublin in a 39-15 loss to Wales.

Olson-Thorne split the Wales’ defence and charged over the line 29 minutes into the match, before Chong Ka-yan added Hong Kong’s second try shortly after half-time.
