Waisale Serevi on a mission to spread the rugby gospel
World’s greatest sevens player is happy to teach skills of the game to willing youngsters

What he lacked as a youngster, Waisale Serevi wants to give to the kids of today wherever they may be.
The world's greatest-ever sevens player is on a mission to spread the rugby gospel via the HSBC Rugby Festival powered by Serevi - a community programme offering clinics to children with the Fijian maestro providing hands-on coaching.
"Rugby has been good to me and I would like to give something back," said Serevi during a clinic in Hong Kong at the Chinese International School during Hong Kong Sevens week.

"When I was a young kid playing rugby in Fiji, we didn't have anyone coming to us to teach us. So I want to be able to do that for the kids today and this programme is one way to do this."
The festival is visiting several schools across Hong Kong and Serevi is joined in the city by former Ireland and Lions captain Brian O'Driscoll.
The two-time winner of the Rugby World Cup Sevens has team his own Serevi Rugby programme with the sponsor for the clinics in Hong Kong, where Serevi made his name as a sevens specialist.
