The teams qualified for the Uefa Champions League knockout round have been confirmed after Wednesday night’s concluding group matches.

After finishing second in their group, Premier League champions Chelsea could face a daunting tie against Barcelona or Paris Saint-Germain, although boss Antonio Conte insists his side hold no fear.

Manchester United could be in for a tough test, too, with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Juventus among their possible opponents.

Liverpool qualified after a thumping 7-0 win over Spartak Moscow, while Tottenham thrashed APOEL 3-0 at Wembley meaning England has become the first country to have five teams qualify for the last-16 of the Champions League.

When is the draw?

The draw will take place on Monday December 11, at 7pm Hong Kong time (11am GMT).

Where is it?

The ceremony will take place in Nyon, Switzerland at European governing body Uefa’s headquarters.

How can I watch it?

The draw will be streamed live on Uefa’s website.

How does it work?

The first-leg games of the last-16 ties are scheduled for February 13/14 and 20/21, with group winners away at the runners-up firstly.

The second-leg games will be played on March 6/7 and 13/14, with group winners at home.
