Fifa World Cup: England unchanged from Colombia starting 11 to face Sweden for semi-final spot in Samara

Dele Alli is declared fit to play for the Three Lions while Janne Anderson welcomes Seb Larsson back from suspension

The starting line-ups for England’s Fifa World Cup quarter-final match against Sweden in Samara have been confirmed, with Fifa tweeting the teams from their official account.

Gareth Southgate’s side are unchanged from the team that started against Tunisia in the opening game and again in their most recent match, the penalty shoot-out win over Colombia in the quarter-finals.

Speculation had surrounded Dele Alli’s fitness and whether he would start or perhaps spot kick hero Eric Dier would start but Southgate has stuck to his guns.

Sweden have had to draft in Emil Krafth to replace Mikael Lustig, who is suspended after picking up a booking in the last game.

The good news is that Seb Larsson has returned to the side after sitting the last match against Switzerland out.

Midfielder Albin Ekdal has survived a foot scare to be passed fit to play.
