HEANNEY MCCOLLUM

Personal trainer for Elizabeth Wu

McCollum’s main goal sits within motivating and inspiring other people to live a healthier and more active lifestyle, in a realistic and sustainable way. McCollum fell in love with the health and fitness industry when she personally experienced the positive impact an active lifestyle and healthy habits had on her own life. She found her passion in personal training and made a commitment to learn and help others achieve their fitness goals.

A certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and TRX trainer, McCollum is always striving to find new ways to mix it up with her style of workouts. Whether it’s for one-on-one personal training sessions, large group classes at Topfit, or outdoor bootcamps and fundraising events, McCollum likes to keep her workouts high intensity, challenging and, most importantly, fun. She says it’s important to find an exercise you connect with and to make it a joyous experience rather than a chore.

Topfit lead trainer Louis Doctrove.

LOUIS DOCTROVE

Personal trainer for Lee Tsui

“Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out - there are no days off.” The lead trainer at TopFit, Doctrove has over eight years experience as a personal/group trainer, specialising in weight-loss, bodybuilding and strength training. He holds a BSC in sports and exercise science (biomechanics, kinesiology, nutrition) and is certified with USSA, NASM, ISSA, ACE and CPR. He demands 100 per cent commitment and has no time for BS.

Topfit trainer Arnold Wong.

ARNOLD WONG

Personal trainer for Janice Lee

Wong has been active in weight training and sports for over 15 years, and focuses on strength, power, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) and functional movement training, while incorporating various high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and plyometric sequences.

A certified NASM personal trainer, Wong is also the business development director at Topfit. In his previous career, he worked for more than seven years in the equity research and investment banking (mergers & acquisitions) industry in Canada and Hong Kong with various global financial institutions.

Wong is also the founder of Arnz Fitness Movement, a Hong Kong-based platform which is dedicated to educating and promoting fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyles to Asia, with a specific focus on the youth, charities and community groups.

He is also an ambassador of hunger relief charity Foodlink Foundation, where he is responsible for organising and leading fitness and nutrition training fundraising events for various charity, community and corporate groups.
