Amirudin Shari
Amirudin Shari is the 16th Menteri Besar of Selangor, a role he assumed in June 2018, concurrently serving as a Member of Parliament for Gombak and a State Assemblyman for Sungai Tua. A Vice-President of the People’s Justice Party, he previously held the portfolio of State Executive Councillor for youth, sports, culture, and entrepreneurship. His tenure as Chief Minister has been marked by significant economic contributions from Selangor, attracting substantial investments and demonstrating prudent financial management, including the implementation of the First Selangor Plan. He is also recognised for his leadership in disaster management and strategic communications.
